Laurie de Mel

Laurie de Mel came up with the idea of providing serviced offices at Falcon House and created the Business Centre in 2010. Laurie is known for his attention to detail and this really shows when you enter the building. He has always had a keen entrepreneurial outlook and has successfully mentored several new and fledgling businesses since our doors opened.

Debra Ransom

Centre Operations Manager
Debra has been employed by the group for over 25 years and is the Centre Operations Manager. She is 100% committed to providing customers with the highest standard of support, and her experience is at the disposal of our customers. Her professional manner is a positive to any business. Debra’s favourite pursuit is dancing modern jive, ballroom or tango.

Zoe Bailey

Centre Support Liaison
Zoe joined the team in 2021 and is proving to be a great addition. With her warm personality she is proving popular with both tenants and visitors to the Centre and takes everything in her stride. Zoe spends her free time socialising with friends and family.

Carol Henley

Centre Support Assistant
Carol is a fantastic asset to the team. Her friendly, bubbly manner together with her ready smile makes her a hit with our tenants and visitors alike. Carol enjoys running, swimming and cooking lots of yummy food.

Heather Jewell

Centre Support Assistant
Heather is responsible for all things meeting room, whether it is taking bookings or setting it up to meet and exceed requirements. Outside of work, Heather enjoys getting away with her family.

When we were looking for an office to set up our company, Falcon House ticked all the boxes. The all-inclusive charges meant that we didn’t have to deal with different suppliers and we were able to keep control of our outgoings.

After 3 years we continue to receive a top class service.

I have been a tenant at Falcon House Business Centre, using the office space as a therapy room, since May 2012.
